Novatto warranties apply to the original residential purchaser and are valid only for products installed in the United States or Canada. Warranties are not transferable and do not apply to commercial, industrial, or business use.

Most products include one (1) year of defect coverage within our Limited Lifetime Warranty unless otherwise noted under the specific product category.

Exclusions
Improper installation, product modification, use of non-Novatto parts, misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, harsh or abrasive cleaners, chemical damage, in-tank toilet cleaners, damage to surrounding materials, normal wear, natural variation in materials, products installed outside the U.S. or Canada, and failure to follow care instructions are not covered.

Cleaning Warnings
Do not use abrasive cleaners, ammonia, bleach, acids, vinegar, solvents, drain cleaners, or other harsh chemicals. Use only mild soap, warm water, and a clean soft cloth. Stainless steel should always be cleaned with the grain.

Limited Liability
Novatto is not liable for labor, removal, installation, fabrication, shipping, or incidental or consequential damages. Where allowed by law, our responsibility is limited to the repair, replacement, or exchange of the defective product or part.

How to File a Claim
Provide your original sales receipt, model number, description of the issue, purchase date, place of purchase, and photos if available. Submit through your retailer, installer, or directly to:

Crystal sinks are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original residential purchaser. Defects in materials or workmanship are covered for one (1) year.

Warranty excludes commercial use, harsh chemical exposure, impact damage, and improper installation.

Drains and mounting rings are covered under a Limited Lifetime Warranty with one (1) year of defect and finish coverage. If leaking occurs during normal residential use, Novatto will provide the necessary gasket or washer to restore normal function.

Warranty applies only to products purchased through authorized Novatto dealers and installed in residential applications.

Faucets include a Limited Lifetime Warranty with one (1) year of defect and finish coverage for the original residential purchaser. If leakage occurs during normal use, Novatto will supply the replacement cartridge.

Warranty is void if the faucet is installed commercially or outside the U.S. or Canada, or if harsh chemicals or abrasives are used for cleaning.

Granite composite sinks are covered under a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original residential purchaser. Novatto warrants against thermal cracking, inconsistent color, warping, surface blemishes, and bubbles.

Scuffs, chips, scratches, burns, heat marks, improper installation, improper fabrication, or damage from cleaning paint or grout materials are not covered. Novatto may inspect the product before approving a claim.

Ceramic sinks are covered under a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Defects in materials or workmanship are covered for one (1) year from purchase for residential installations.

Damage caused by chemicals, abrasives, improper installation, or misuse is not covered.

Stainless steel sinks carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty with one (1) year of coverage against defects in material and workmanship. Natural variation in grain, hue, and finish is normal.

Kitchen sink dimensions may vary within a tolerance of approximately 1/32 inch due to manufacturing processes. Use only mild soap and water and clean with the grain. Avoid bleach, ammonia, acids, vinegar, abrasives, and harsh chemicals, which will void the warranty.

Stone sinks, including handcrafted stone collections, are covered under a Limited Lifetime Warranty with one (1) year of defect coverage.

Natural variations in veining, coloration, voids, texture, and dimensions are expected and not considered defects. Textured finishes will naturally change over time and are not covered. To ensure a proper fit, purchase the sink before fabricating countertops.

Tempered glass sinks include a Limited Lifetime Warranty with one (1) year of defect coverage when purchased through an authorized Novatto dealer for residential use.

Breakage due to impact, thermal shock, or improper installation is excluded from coverage.

For toilets purchased on or after August 1, 2023, Novatto guarantees that products will be free from material and workmanship defects for one (1) year for the original residential purchaser in the U.S. or Canada. Porcelain components and mechanical parts are covered under a Limited Lifetime Warranty, and toilet seats are covered for one (1) year.

Damage from improper installation, misuse, harsh or abrasive cleaners, ammonia, excessive bleach, in-tank cleaners, or failure to follow maintenance instructions is not covered. Using in-tank cleaners may corrode fittings, cause leaks, and void the warranty.

Novatto vanities are covered under a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original residential purchaser. Material and workmanship defects are covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Vanity finishes are covered for one (1) year.
