Novatto Return Policy

At Novatto, Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully, as all returns must be authorized and follow the procedures outlined below.

1. Return Authorization (RGA Required)

A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) must be obtained from Novatto before returning, exchanging, or requesting a refund for any merchandise.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

  • Returned merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging and in the same condition as received.

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or was shipped in error.

  • Unauthorized returns, damaged packaging, or incomplete items may result in rejection or additional fees.

3. Inspection and Notification

The Buyer agrees to inspect all goods within three (3) days of receipt.

If the goods appear defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • The Buyer must notify Novatto in writing within fifteen (15) days of inspection (no later than 18 days from receipt).

  • The written notice must describe the defect(s) or deviation(s) from specifications.

Failure to provide written notice within this time frame will be considered acceptance of the goods, and all claims will be waived.

4. Return Process

Once an RGA is approved:

  1. You will receive instructions on how and where to send the return.

  2. Items must be shipped back in the (30)-day window to the address provided.

  3. Upon receipt and inspection, approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment (minus any applicable restocking fees).

Please note: returns that do not comply with these requirements may be refused.

5. Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items damaged through misuse, improper installation, or neglect.

  • Products modified or altered after delivery.

  • Clearance or final-sale items clearly marked as “non-returnable.”
